WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Paypal and store credit in the form of e-gift cards.
I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER / I MISSPELLED MY INFORMATION?
If you realized you've made a mistake on your order, or misspelled your address/ email, please message us as soon as your order has been placed so we can correct the error before your order is shipped out. We are not responsible for lost packages. If we sent out your package and your items are returned to us (Packages marked "Return to Sender") due to an incorrect/unable to deliver address, we will attempt to contact you several times to resolve the issue. If we do not hear back from you, we will refund your account minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL IT SHIP?
We ship out orders Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-7 business days or sooner. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipping may be delayed in cases of address verification or flagged orders.
*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, Processing 2-7 business days + Shipping 2-3 days.

We do our best to try to restock the best sellers. Please email us, if you need more information on a specific product.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you do not receive an email from Amor Black Boutique within hours of placing your order and it's not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Service line via email or phone for assistance. Do not worry, your order was still processed and is on its way to you. We will do our best to correct the problem in a timely manner.
HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?
Unfortunately, Amor Black can not add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the additional items. If you are able to contact us within 24 hours of placing the first order, we should be able to send them together. However, depending on how quickly we process your first order, we cannot guarantee this. We'll try our best to accommodate.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please shoot us an email or call our Customer Service line within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to cancel it before its shipped. We do work fast so we can not guarantee your order will be cancelled in time.
MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, BUT I JUST GOT AN EMAIL SAYING AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
By the time you placed the order to when we processed it, the item was no longer available. We will refund you the amount you are owed for the cost of the item.
I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT HAVEN'T SEEN ANY ACTION FROM AMOR BLACK. WHAT'S GOING ON?
There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Either your address was misspelled, your order was flagged for risk of fraud, or we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. In all cases, we will reach out to you as soon as an issue is indicated and proceed to ship your items as quickly as possible.
