Amor Black Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The United Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. You have 24 hours after your order has been placed to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org about an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to make all changes however, we cannot guarantee anything after the 24 hour window. Amor Black Boutique is not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
FREE US Shipping
Amor Black offers free shipping on ALL U.S orders over $100. Free shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.
Allow up to 2-7 business days for processing. Free Shipping orders ship via USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2 to 10 days. Standard shipping packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.
Once we ship your item, you will receive an email letting you know that your item is in transit. Again, Amor Black is not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen or undelivered. Please allow at least 2 - 7 days for processing and 2 - 10 days for delivery. Please be conscious of possible delays for weather and/or holidays.
You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.00. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouse in Miami within 2-7 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
The cost for priority shipping is $25, priority express shipping is $45. Your order will ship via USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery (excluding delivery time if package is held by customs). Again, Amor Black is not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen or undelivered.
You will be are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using trackable shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number, when your order is shipped. We know that you're excited about your purchase, and we want to deliver your order to you as efficiently as possible. To ensure that the shipping process flows smoothly please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information the customer will be responsible for reshipping cost.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped on the estimated pre-order date.

Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Your order may be delayed or cancelled if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
